Teachers are encouraged to pursue the Doctorate. The college has almost 80% of faculty who have doctorate and 20% of the staff members are research guides. Therefore, they are suggested to engage themselves in post-doctoral research output. They are enforcing to write/send research articles/papers, to participate in conference, seminar, workshops, etc |
