PART A: The plan of action chalked out by the IQAC in the beginning of the year towards quality enhancement and the outcome achieved by the end of the year.

Achievements
1) Infrastructural Provisions.
The leadership of the college concentrated on infrastructural facilities. As a part of it, 10 lecture stands, RO water system and five computers and racks have been provided. The increasing strength of the students resulted in provision of extra infrastructure facilities for the students.
1) To handover the responsibility of the college canteen to a woman from the economically backward section of the locality.
2) To provide CCTV camera and place it in some important places in college.
3) Formation of CDC as per the University Act-2016.
CCTV cameras have been fixed at important places in the college campus.
CDC-College Development Committee has been formed as per the University Act-2016 for the smooth functioning of the Institution.

Three workshops in Physics, Chemistry and Botany and one National level Conference in Pub. Administration has been taken place.

· IQAC ensures the students’ involvement in intercollegiate events by communicating them for different types of competitions arranges lectures from them and provides financial assistance.

· Personal guidance, on both academic and non-academic matters, is made available to the students through mentoring, which is offered in the College at multiple levels.
· Besides the course teachers, each class has a class teacher and a mentor, whom the students can approach for academic and personal counseling.
· Each student meets their mentor, on a one-to-one basis. These are out-of-classroom personal meetings in which the mentor gets to know the student personally and keeps track of their academic performance, attendance record, course registration, fulfillment of course requirements and so on, giving guidance where necessary on matters pertaining to academics.
